At Eco-Lakes International, our work goes beyond constructing artificial lakes — we build lifelines for communities, ecosystems, and economies. Since our establishment in 2025, we’ve been reshaping Uganda’s rural landscapes through sustainable water solutions that bring new life to arid and underserved regions.
Our impact is felt where it matters most — in villages that now have water for livestock, in farmers’ fields revived by irrigation, in forests reborn along lake shores, and in youth empowered through eco-tourism and aquaculture enterprises.
Our Impact So Far
Water for Life
We create multipurpose artificial lakes that serve as year-round water reservoirs for:
Livestock watering and small-scale irrigation
Cage fish farming and aquaculture
Rural recreation and eco-tourism
Climate resilience and forest restoration
Each lake we build becomes a hub of productivity, supporting agriculture, biodiversity, and sustainable livelihoods.
