Lt. Martin Agaba is a serving UPDF officer currently attached to the 1st Infantry Division HQ, Kakiri Barracks as the Information Technology Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Ndejje University. He is a pan Africanist in addition to being patriotic.
He has over ten (10) years experience in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in both government and private sectors.
Agaba also has vast experience in efficient and effective management and deployment of resources both human and sophisticated technology systems and assets.
Martin has undertaken various leadership and specialised training within ICT and environmental conservation modules both in the military and the civilian realm.
Lt. Martin Agaba is one of the founding partners of Eco-Lakes International who is very passionate about environmental conservation and he is the current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company.
