Joshua is an accomplished lawyer with over 15 years of experience providing commercial trade and investment legal advisory, regulatory compliance, expertise in land transactions, environmental law with a special bias for climate change concerns, intellectual property knowledge, and project financing expertise.
Joshua has had the benefit of both regional and international experiance having practiced within the east African region specifically handling various projects in Rwanda, and working with international lawyers such as Clifford Chance a global law firm based in London, considered top ranking under the chambers global guide 2025.
He is currently a practicing lawyer and an advocate of the high court of Uganda and all courts subordinate thereto.
